The Demise Of The Last Will & Testament

In an effort to save money for ourselves and make everyone’s life easier, it has become more and more standard to not prepare a Will. It is much more common to apply beneficiary designations to individual items and accounts than to take the time to make your last wishes known in a more formal manner.
